How it works:
Once the RainQuietTM insert is installed
into the downspout, it prevents the
raindrops from hitting the bottom of
downspout, breaking up the raindrops as
they hit the insert. The unique design of
the surface material and the fluted base
virtually eliminates the noise, and the
water flows out quietly and freely. So that you can get a good nights sleep.
Easy Installation
If your downspout has a STRAIGHT BACK - Follow steps 1-3.
(All you need is a pencil & a pair of household scissors to install)
Slide insert into down spout smooth side down, ensuring insert lies flat until it hits the back.
Mark any excess length and trim.
Attach clip as shown.
If your downspout has a CURVED BACK -
Bend the insert so that it molds to the curved back, once it's molded, slide the insert into the downspout smooth side down then attatch clip as shown.
